The Primary School Certificate, also known as PSC, is a public examination taken by students in Bangladesh after completing eight years of schooling successfully. It is followed by Secondary School Certificate (SSC).

Many students are doing better on this exam. Before, this was only a vocational exam and not must be given exam. Since 2011 PSC has been taken in full Creative (locally Srijonshil) questions.

PSC GRADING SYSTEM:

Those who get the highest marks or CGPA will be awarded the PSC scholarship. The scholarship is given to deserving students or those who are financially unstable.

The motto of this program is to secure the future of the deserving students who are underprivileged or seeking a way to build up their end. DPE has implemented this Scholarship program successfully and maintained every year by providing a scholarship to the students.

How Many Students Will Be Awarded PSC Scholarship?

Compared to the previous year, the number of students getting PSC scholarship has increased to 82,500 from 55,000. Among them, 33,000 Students will get Talent Pool Scholarship with an amount of 300 TAKA instead of 200 TK in the previous years. Around 49,500 Students will get General Scholarship with an amount of 225 TAKA instead of 150 TK.

There is a myth that the students getting a CGPA of 3.00 or above will be counted under the Talent pool Scholarship, and those who get a CGPA of 2.00 to below 3.00 will be counted under General Scholarship.

The government provides this scholarship for the next three years (Class 6 to Class 8) to qualified students. The majority of the students are waiting for the PSC Scholarship Result 2023.

TYPE/LEVEL OF SCHOLARSHIP:

The PSC Scholarship Result will be given in two categories. They are-

1. Talent Pool Scholarship
2. General Scholarship

In the previous year, more than 30 lakh students sat for the PSC exams, sincerely managed by the concerned authority DPE in the country.

HOST NATIONALITY:

This scholarship is to be taken in Bangladesh.

ELIGIBLE NATIONALITY:

This scholarship is for Bangladesh students.

SCHOLARSHIP BENEFITS:

33,000 Students will get Talent Pool Scholarship with 300 TAKA instead of 200 TK in the previous years. Around 49,500 Students will get General Scholarship with an amount of 225 TAKA instead of 150 TK.

SCHOLARSHIP REQUIREMENTS/ ELIGIBILITY:

HOW TO APPLY FOR PSC SCHOLARSHIP BANGLADESH:

It is straightforward to get a PSC Scholarship in Bangladesh. You get the result by following just two simple ways.

These ways are the SMS method and the online method. Students can get the result by using an operator’s SIM and the online method if he has an online connection. These methods are discussed below only for you.

How to get the result by using the SMS method: It is a straightforward method. Almost most of the people in Bangladesh have a mobile phone. They get the result by using the message option of the mobile phone. He can get a result from any mobile phone operator SIM. Getting the result by SMS method is given below.

• At first, go to the message option on your mobile phone.
• Type PSC and give space.
• Then write the first three letters of your education board.
• After doing this, give another space and type roll number.
• Then give a space and type year as 2023.
• At last, send this message to 16222.

PSC <space> education board name <space> roll number <space> year and send it to 16222.

For example: PSC <space> DHA <space> 12345 <space> 2023 send it to 16222.

How to get the result by using the online method: It is also straightforward. You can get the result by using the online method if you have an internet connection. The process of getting the result by the online method is given below.

• At first, go to the website.
• Select result name as PSC.
• Select year as 2023.
• Board name.
• Then type your roll and registration number.
• At last, solve security math and click on the submit button. You get the result by following this method correctly.

APPLICATION DEADLINE:

Though this year’s PSC scholarship is said to begin around February, there has been no deadline on the program so far; we encourage you to keep checking this site for the latest information.
