#1. University of Tampere Masters Scholarships 

This is one of the most prestigious scholarships for Eritrea Students. The University of Tampere Scholarships Program is for the student to pay tuition fees in the Master’s degree programs offered in English.

Level/Field: Scholarships are available for pursuing Masters.

Scholarship Worth: A substantial number of scholarships will be available for the most talented fee-paying students.

The scheme consists of two scholarship categories.

  • The University of Tampere tuition fee scholarships cover either 100% or 50% of the tuition fees in a two-year Master’s degree program.
  • The University of Tampere global student award for academic excellence scholarships cover 100% of the tuition fees and include a 7,000 € annual scholarship to cover the student’s living expenses during the two-year Master’s degree program.

#2. Hanken School of Economics Scholarships

Hanken School of Economics offers scholarships for Eritrea students currently studying at or alumni of GBSN member schools from developing countries.

Level/Field: Scholarships are available for pursuing MSc programs.

Scholarship Worth: GBSN scholars will receive the Hanken Premium Scholarship, which covers full tuition fee for two years and 8000 EUR/year for living expenses.

#3. Masters in Research and Innovation in Higher Education (MARIHE) Scholarships

What you’ve been waiting for is here now. The Masters in Research and Innovation in Higher Education (MARIHE) Scholarship Application Period for student intake in August 2022 (Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters Degree Scholarship) is now open.

Level/Field: Scholarships are available for pursuing MSc program.

Scholarship Worth: It’s fully-funded. The Erasmus Mundus scholarship covers tuition fees and allows to cover all expenses that non-EU students normally face during their studies.

#4. University of Eastern Finland Scholarships

This is a generous Scholarship for Eritrea Students which covers the tuition fee either in full or partially is offered to those students who are required to pay tuition

Level/Field: Scholarships are available for studying Undergraduate, Masters

Scholarship Worth: Scholarships worth:

  • The waiver is given to 80% of those accepted students who are required to pay the tuition.
  • All IMPIT applicants are automatically applicants for the IMPIT living cost allowance, 620 euros/month. We have reserved living cost allowances for 14 best applicants. The decision will be based on the selection points specified in the student selection process.

#5. University of Oulu Masters Scholarships

This scholarship is provided to academically talented international students. Students who are not citizens of an EU/EEA member state are liable to pay the tuition fee.

Level/Field: Scholarships are available for pursuing Masters program.

Scholarship Worth: The tuition fee is an academic fee and thus covers the costs of tuition.

The tuition fee does not cover living costs such as accommodation, meals, and transportation.

All students are required to finance their living costs by themselves.

#6. Nokia Foundation Scholarships to Study in Finland

The Nokia Scholarship for Eritrea Students is given to encourage efficient, fast-progressing doctoral studies and research in Finland.

Level/Field: Scholarships are available for pursuing PhD.

Nokia Scholarships are granted to individuals pursuing a doctoral degree in information or telecommunications technology or in clearly related supporting scientific disciplines.

#7. The University of Dundee Global Excellence Scholarships

The University of Dundee is now accepting applications for the Global Excellence Scholarships for undergraduates.

Level/Field: Scholarships are available for pursuing undergraduate programs.

Scholarship Worth: £25,000

#8. ServiceScape Scholarship 2022

They provide a solution by helping out with books, supplies, or anything else you need to cover your educational expenses in Finland.

Level/Field: Scholarships are available for pursuing MSc programs.

#9. International Scholarship for Research on Primary Snoring

The International Scholarship for Research on Primary Snoring has become firmly entrenched in sleep medicine.

It will be awarded for the fourth time in 2022, this time jointly by SomniShop and a well-known non-profit organization, the European Society for Sleep Health (ESSH).

Level/Field: SomniShop awards the International Scholarship for Research on Primary Snoring every year.

Scholarship Worth: Scholarships worth USD 2,800 (approx. EUR 2,500)
