Barnes W. Rose, Jr. Eva Rosa The Nicole Scholarship Foundation was founded in 2003 in memory of Rose and Eva. Barnes graduated from the University of Albuquerque in 1951 and West Point in 1957. Eva lived in New Mexico for a long time.

The foundation will be awarding applicants a scholarship to help them complete a degree in science, engineering,  and mathematics (STEM). Priority would be given to chemistry students.

 Requirements for admission:

Must have at least a 3.6 GPA demonstrate financial need, and pursue a degree in one of the STEM specialties. A personal essay should discuss the professional goals of STEM.

#16 ACF WOODCOCK FAMILY EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

This opportunity was duly established by Albuquerque businessman C.E. Woodcock and his wife, Dixie, to support candidates with the desire to excel in science and math.

Award fund will be awarded to Albuquerque metro area high school graduating seniors (including Bernalillo, Sandoval, Valencia, and Torrance Counties); scholarships are consistently payable for over four years.

Additional Criteria:

  • must exhibit a genius in math and science credentials
  • wants to attend full-time at a college/university
  • have a minimum of 3.8 GPA

ACS offers concessional scholarships for a small number of ethnic minority students seeking to enter the tertiary institution to obtain a degree in chemistry.

Eligible students will be rewarded. The applicant may be an American scientist in Africa, Spain, or the United States tertiary School, or high school or a chemical or chemical engineering college.

ACS scholarship applicants must:

In 1981, AFDO established a scholarship fund dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Law on the Protection of Food and Drugs.

George M. Bourditet scholarships, Betsy Woodward scholarships, and Dennis S. Rooney scholarships are awarded annually to eligible college students in their 300L.

The United States Banatao Philippines Charitable Foundation provides five scholarships of $ 5,000 for qualified beginners enrolled in a four-year college or university.

This scholarship was created in 2010 by Dr. Bernard Harris, a former physic astronaut, physician, and businessman, and ExxonMobil to raise the number of underrepresented students pursuing careers in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.

At springs, $5,000 scholarships are awarded to two African American and two Hispanic students currently in their senior year of high school and are a member region of the Council of the Great City Schools.

The Chemistry unit at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga makes the Grote Chemistry Scholarship available for incoming freshmen, and awards are renewable for four years.
