The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program was established by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs to enable French higher education institutions to attract top foreign students to enroll in their masters and Ph.D. programs.
Actually, the annual tuition fees in France for international students in a public university is between 126 and 692 Euros, depending on the program. But the cost of studying in France for international students in private institutions are higher.
Well, it takes three to six years to complete a doctorate degree in France, depending on the field. Although, there is no legal time limit.
Actually, students cannot apply directly for the Eiffel Scholarship. They have to make the applications through a higher education institution.
