About The Children’s Fund Scholarship

This scholarship aims to create a level playing field for the education of underserved children. To support low-income families, the CSF provides information and financial scholarships. However, each family must pay at least a quarter of the tuition fees for their child’s schooling.

The CSF scholarships are available year-round until funding expires. Parents are encouraged to apply for these awards as early as possible to ensure the best chance of receiving funding.

Some schools have specific deadlines. Take a look at the deadline for the school to visit your child. All families must be financially demanding to receive the scholarship because of their tax returns.

Scholarship Worth

The scholarship amount varies depending on the family’s financial situation and tuition fees. In general, the CSF Scholarships provide a study text representing between 25% and 75% of the cost of participation.

It should also be noted that an annual scholarship limit varies from city to city. In general, the average maximum award is capped at $1,700.

As mentioned earlier, the family must contribute at least 25% of tuition fees to their children’s education to ensure they remain invested in quality education.

Students will generally receive funding up to Grade 8 upon admission to the program.

Eligibility For the Children’s Scholarship Fund

Scholarships are available for children at least five years old and attending kindergarten through Grade 8. One of the unique aspects of this program is that the scholarship is awarded to all family members who meet this criterion.

Thus, multiple children can receive the award if the family has more than one child of these ages and grade levels.

CSF believes in providing quality education at a young age. With this in mind, only K-8 children can receive funding, and no high school scholarships are available.
