Aside from the privacy aspects, though, the scholarship encourages creative thinking and helps to raise awareness of the need for discretion online.

It’s a cash prize, as ExpressVPN has no official affiliation with learning establishments. But as tuition fees around the world rise, it’s important that people still have access to continued education.

They hope our prize can help those who wish to better themselves, whether for college enrollment, online courses, or anything that will positively affect the winner’s life.

Currently, the contest is open to students currently enrolled in either a high school, undergraduate school, or graduate school in the United States or the United Kingdom.

All students, regardless of their major, age, or citizenship can apply for the scholarship. This is great, but they’d love the contest to be open to students in every country.

Ultimately, they’d love students worldwide to recognize the scholarship as a positive way to enhance themselves.

It’s a flagship ExpressVPN project that showcases their dedication to online preorganized NOTE:

They offer three scholarships, with a total value of $4,000 (first place $2,500; second place $1,000; and third place $500) to high-school, undergraduate or graduate students.

The winners will be featured on various online platforms, giving them a unique opportunity to improve their curriculum and become prominent voices in current debates regarding Internet privacy, digital rights, encryption, and censorship.

The applicants are required to write a 450-600 words essay (in English), by choosing one out of the three available topics (We Own the Future, Privacy Advocates, Privacy in Real Life).

The quality of the essays will be judged according to their authors’ capacity to formulate and justify their views through clear and articulate writing and the usage of logical and organized argumentation.

Level/Field of Study

Expressvpn scholarship is open to every student, both at the graduate and undergraduate level, even at the high school level; it doesn’t require field specification. All a person needs to do is enrol in any American high school or tertiary institution and be able to put together a good essay.

The applicants must submit their by email essays by August 31, 2023, and include the following additional information:
