The Alexander von Humboldt Foundation is a foundation established by the government of the Federal Republic of Germany and funded by the Federal Foreign Office, and the Federal Ministry of Education.
Every year, the Foundation grants more than 700 competitive research fellowships and awards, primarily going to academics from natural sciences (mathematics included) and the humanities.
It allows scientists and scholars from all over the world to come to Germany to work on a research project they have chosen themselves together with a host and collaborative partner.

Chancellor fellowship Worth
They offer you:
- A monthly scholarship of € 2 150, € 2 450, or € 2 750, depending on your qualifications

- A study trip to Germany and various events where you can get in contact with other scientists and representatives of German companies and institutions

- Are university graduates in Brazil, China, India, Russia, or the United States and have gained leadership experience for the first time
- You completed your first degree less than 12 years ago
