GHC International Scholarships in USA,  (Fully Funded)

Applications are open for fully-funded GHC International Scholarships 2023 funded by AnitaB.org. This scholarship is open to students enrolled in a program leading to a recognized degree in a college, university, or high school at the time of application and who are teaching at an accredited college or university at the time of the conference.

Every year, students worldwide visit GHC to embark on a new career. GHC Scholarships fund undergraduate students, graduate students, and faculty to attend their three-day celebration.

Fellows attending GHC will have access to career and education workshops, networking opportunities, and unforgettable memories.

Grace Hopper Celebration is the largest gathering of women in the world of technology. It is produced by AnitaB.org and presented in partnership with ACM. The GHC 23 will occur online and in person between September 26 and 29 in Orlando, Florida.

Level/Field of Study

GHC International scholarship is open to undergraduate students, graduate students, and faculty. The scholarship is awarded in the field of computer science, computer engineering, or related technical disciplines such as electrical engineering, human-computer interactions, mathematics, physics, or information systems Management.

Host Nationality

GHC International Scholarships may be accepted in the United States. There are other US Scholarships available for International students in 2023. You can utilize these scholarship opportunities to solve most of your academic problems.

Scholarship Worth

Scholarships for students and professors include:

  • One application for the celebration of three days.
  •  Accommodation at the hotel (arranged by AnitaB.org). The scholarship students receive a roommate. The students of the faculty receive their room.
  •  Air ticket booked and paid for by AnitaB.org Travel Consultant.
  •  Travel subsidy (if used wisely, the stipend is expected to cover transportation costs to and from the airport, baggage fees, meals, and other travel incidentals).
  •  You will receive the scholarship if you collect your identity card from GHC. Scholars pay upfront for travel day meals and taxis/shuttles to the GHC venue.
  •  The scholarships cover registration fees, travel, accommodation, and food.

Eligibility for GHC International Scholarships 2023

To qualify, candidates must meet all of the above criteria:

Students Eligibility

  • You must be a full-time student enrolled in an accredited program at a college, university, or high school at the time of application.
  •  You must be a full-time student enrolled in an accredited program of study at a college or university at the time of the celebration (September 2023). Individuals who graduate before the ceremony are eligible only if admitted to another related program of study (for example, a master’s degree or doctorate).
  •  To demonstrate satisfactory progress in a degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline, such as electrical engineering, human-machine interaction, mathematics, physics, or administrative information systems.
  •  Being able to take an interest in the computer
  •  You cannot have been an AnitaB.org-GHC Scholarship recipient in 2023.
  •  And you must be at least 18 by September 26, 2023.
  •  The candidate cannot accept more than one scholarship to participate in the GHC program.
  •  Receive a scholarship, and do not tell AnitaB.org that you cannot attend before the ceremony. You will not be eligible in the coming years because it will deduct a scholarship from another student who could have attended.

What are they looking for in a student?

  • The scholarship students are active in their community, including participating in Campus Computing / STEM clubs and advancing women in computer science.
  •  Students know how visiting the GHC affects them and what important messages or information they bring to their schools.

Faculty Eligibility

  • You must teach at a recognized college or university at the time of the conference. We do not give scholarships to professors because the conference does not offer a program for K-12.
  •  You must teach in a degree program in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline, such as electrical engineering, human-machine interactions, mathematics, physics, or management information systems.
  •  Receive a scholarship, and do not tell AnitaB.org that you cannot attend before the ceremony. You will not be eligible in the coming years as this will allow you to obtain a scholarship from another faculty that could attend.

What are they looking for in a faculty scholar?

  • Faculty scholars mentor female students.
  •  Scholars are active in the computing community, providing support to computing clubs and/or organizations.
  •  GHC will impact the researcher and the message he is returning to his school and community.
