Prepaid gift cards with the Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, or Discover® brand can be used anywhere in the United States where PayPal is accepted. This does not apply to merchant-specific gift cards that do not have the Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, or Discover® logos.
