In features like People You May Know and People Also Viewed, LinkedIn will stop suggesting you to each other. Only you will be able to “unblock” the person, and they will not notify the member that they have been blocked in most situations.
Click the “Me” icon at the top of your homepage.
Choose “Settings & Privacy”
In the “Privacy tab,” click “Blocking and hiding”
Click on the “Change” menu under “Blocking”
From your blocked list, find the person you want to unblock and click “Unblock”
The Who Viewed Your Profile tool shows who has visited your profile in the last 90 days and can provide further information about readers. From your desktop, go to the Who Viewed My Profile page: On the left side of your LinkedIn homepage, beneath your profile photo, click Who saw your profile.
On LinkedIn, you can block up to 1400 people. After unblocking, you must wait 48 hours before reblocking the same member. Recommendations from people you’ve blocked won’t show up in your profile anymore. If you unblock a member, their recommendations will not be reinstated at this time.
You can “unmute” connections if you change your mind. Select “Customize” from the “More” menu. Next to the person’s name, click “Hidden” and then “Show Updates.”
If you haven’t confirmed your primary email, the email bounced, or a new email needs confirmation, you won’t see the Connect option on a member’s profile. You’re already linked to that individual. You’ve already made a connection request to the member.
1) Maybe because they are nosy people who just want to know what you’re up to. 2) You’ve made a modification to your profile, which appears in their timeline, prompting them to click to read the “news.” 3) When someone searches your profile, they will find a certain word or series of words.
They won’t know you’ve unfollowed or silenced them since you won’t tell them. If you start following someone on LinkedIn again, they’ll get a notification. Click the More icon in the upper right corner of the post to unfollow or mute a person from your feed.
Step 1: Tap your profile picture in the top-left corner of the screen.
Step 2: Tap “Settings.”
Step 3: Tap “Account preferences.”
Step 4: Scroll down and tap “Unfollowed.”
