#2. Alliance MBS Masters Scholarships for UK/EU/International Students –University of Manchester, United Kingdom

The Alliance MBS Masters Scholarships is open to domestic and international students who intend to pursue a Master’s degree program at the University of Manchester, United Kingdom, commencing in 2023, for the following courses: MSc Accounting, MSc Accounting and Finance, MSc Business Analysis and Strategic Management, MSc Business Analytics: Operational Research and Risk Analysis, MSc Business Psychology, MSc Finance, etc.

#3. VLIR-UOS Training and Masters Scholarships in Belgium

VLIR-UOS scholarships award is open to students from 31 eligible countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America, to obtain an English-taught training or master’s degree program at a Flemish university or university college in Belgium.

The scholarship covers full tuition fees, cover allowance, accommodation, insurance and international travel costs for the duration of the training or Master’s program.

#4. Radboud Scholarship Programme for International Students

Deadline: 1 March annually.

The Radboud Scholarship Programme is an annual award to about 30 outstanding non-EEA /international students who wish to enroll in a complete English-taught Master’s degree program at Radboud University, Netherlands starting September 2029.

The scholarship will reduce your tuition fee to €2,078 and pay for visa and insurance costs.

For example, a grant holder will pay a tuition fee of only €2,078 instead of €11,466 or €12,640.

Interested candidates may apply to a Master’s Degree Programme offered by any of the following faculties: the Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Philosophy, Theology & Religious Studies, Faculty of Social Sciences, Faculty of Science, Faculty of Medical Sciences, and Faculty of Law.

#5. Holland Scholarship for Non-EEA International Students

Deadline: 1 Feb/1 May annually.

Through Holland Scholarship, the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture, and Science are pleased to offer non-EEA/international students a scholarship opportunity to follow their bachelor’s or masters at one of the Dutch research universities and universities of applied sciences in Holland.

The scholarship award amounts to €5,000 and is only available for one year.

#6. British Chevening Scholarships for International Students

Deadline: 6 Nov annually.

Chevening Scholarships are the UK government’s global scholarship program, funded by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) and partner Organisations. The scholarships are awarded to deserving international students with leadership potential to pursue a Full-time taught master’s degree program at any UK university.

A Chevening Scholarship normally covers university tuition fees, a monthly living allowance, an economy class return airfare to the UK, and additional grants and allowances to cover essential expenditure.

Desired applicants are expected to have obtained a second-class upper 2:1 bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent) that will enable you to gain admission into a post-graduate program at a UK university.

#7. ETH Zurich Excellence Masters Scholarships

Deadline: 15 Dec annually.

ETH Zurich supports outstanding domestic and international students who wish to follow a Master’s degree at ETH Zurich, Switzerland, with two scholarship programs: the Excellence Scholarship & Opportunity Programme (ESOP) and the Master Scholarship Programme (MSP).

The Master Scholarship (MSP) awards a tuition waiver, partial stipend, and study and living expenses (valued at CHF 6,000 per semester).

Depending on the program of interest, the department may provide a further scholarship of CHF 1,500 – 3,000 per semester or offer an assistantship from the second semester onwards (with a payment of CHF 600 per month).

Desired applicants are those with a very good result in their Bachelor’s (top 10% of Bachelor’s program = grade A). Interested applicants should have applied for a master’s degree program at ETH Zurich.

#8. AAUW International Fellowships in USA for Women

AAUW (the American Association of University Women) is offering International Fellowships for full-time study or research in the United States to women who are not United States citizens or permanent residents. The fellowship program supports graduate and postgraduate studies at accredited institutions in the US.

The award is valued at $18,000 for Master’s/Professional Fellowship, $20,000 for Doctorate Fellowship, $30,000 for Postdoctoral Fellowship. Preference is given to women who show prior commitment to the advancement of women and girls through civic, community, or professional work.

#9. UNIL Master’s Grants in Switzerland for Foreign Students

Deadline: 1 Nov annually.

The University of Lausanne in Switzerland is pleased to offer the UNIL Master’s Grants on a competitive basis to around 10 international students who wish to pursue a Master’s Degree at the University.

The scholarship is granted for the minimum statutory period of the program chosen by the student.

It amounts to CHF 1,600 per month from 15 September to 15 July (or 10 months a year) for the complete duration of the masters (one and a half years or two years, depending on the chosen masters). The validity may expire in cases of definitive failure after the first year.

Desired candidates are expected to hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent at a foreign university and have a language level of at least B2 (according to the European Language Portfolio global scale) in French or English according to the language in which your chosen masters is taught.

Candidates must send their completed application by post to UNIL’s Social Affairs and Student Mobility Service (SASME) before the deadline of November 1.

#10. Reserve Bank of New Zealand University Scholarships

The Reserve Bank of New Zealand University Scholarships is one of four scholarships offered by the Reserve Bank of New Zealand each year to students majoring in Economics, Finance or Banking and entering their final year of an Honours or Master’s degree at a New Zealand University.

Qualified students are full-time students who are expected to have attained at least a B+ average over the academic year. The value of each scholarship will be $10,000, paid fortnightly during the academic year.

In addition to the monetary award, the scholarship also includes an offer of employment from the Reserve Bank provided after your qualification.

#12. The Roger Perry Memorial Scholarship

The Roger Perry Memorial Scholarship is one of four scholarships offered by the Reserve Bank of New Zealand each year to students majoring in Economics, Finance or Banking and entering their final year of an Honours or Master’s degree at an at a New Zealand University.

The fourth scholarship in this category (The Māori and Pacific Islands Scholarship is only open to undergraduate students from Māori and Pacific Islands).

#13. Māori and Pacific Islands Scholarship

Māori and Pacific Islands Scholarship is one of four scholarships offered by the Reserve Bank of New Zealand each year to students majoring in Economics, Finance, or Banking and entering their final year of an Honours or Master’s degree at a New Zealand University.

#14. A. Wilhelmsen Foundation Scholarship – BI Norwegian Business School, Norway

Deadline: March 1 annually.

Wilhelmsen Foundation is pleased to offer two scholarships to international students at the BI Norwegian Business School, Norway, for the Academic year commencing autumn 2023.

To be eligible for this scholarship, an interested candidate must apply for admission to, and be accepted, a Master of Science program at BI Norwegian Business School.

All interested applicants must then write a scholarship application letter for this specific scholarship addressed to the A. Wilhelmsen Foundation Board, to be uploaded together with your application for admission.

The letter should be a maximum of one page where the following must be included: your goals and motivation for studying at BI, your career ambitions, and you feel that you can contribute to the program and study environment, and why you feel the scholarship is necessary for you to fulfill your educational and career ambitions.

The value of this scholarship is NOK 150.000 annually (75.000 per semester) for the whole program duration.

No internship, thesis counseling, or job opportunities are attached to this scholarship, but previous recipients have been able to make personal agreements when possibilities have arisen.

#15. Weston Scholarship – The University of Auckland, New Zealand

Opening date: 17 March, closing date: 28 April annually.

The main purpose of the Weston Scholarship is to support students pursuing an Honours or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance at the University of Auckland, Faculty of Business and Economics.

The Cappex Business Majors Scholarship is designed to help students enrolled in an applicable program at any accredited business school afford their tuition fees.

Programs covered by the scholarship may range from Business administration, Business management, Economics, Finance, etc., at either bachelors or postgraduate level.

The Victoria University of Wellington / VUW IIE High Achiever Scholarship is open for domestic students of New Zealand or international students from around the world who have applied to pursue a bachelor’s or Master’s program at Victoria University of Wellington. #19. NN Future Matters Scholarship

Deadline – 3 April, annually.

The NN Future Matters Scholarship is a program financed by NN and administered by Nuffic. At Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, this scholarship applies to students from selected countries who applied for a full-time master’s program in the field of finance, risk management, or economics at VU Amsterdam.

The following courses are covered under the scholarship scheme: Economics, Finance, Finance; Duisenberg honors track in Quantitative Risk Management, Business Administration; specialization in Financial Management, Business Administration; Duisenberg honors track in Financial Markets and Regulation.

The scholarship is valued up to € 5,000. You will receive € 4,500 in two installments of € 2,250 each in the first year of your master’s studies. You will receive the remaining € 500 towards the end of your studies.

#20. VU Amsterdam Fellowship Programme for International Students

Deadline: 1 Feb annually.

The VU Fellowship Programme (VUFP) offers talented prospective international students the unique opportunity to pursue an English-taught Master’s degree at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Netherlands.

The VUFP scholarship is a tuition fee waiver. VUFP scholarship does not provide any additional allowance towards study or living costs.

For students enrolled in a two-year Master’s program, the scholarship can be extended to a second year if he/she achieved 100% of the credits of the first year and only if the student was granted a scholarship from the beginning.

#21. Emile Boutmy Scholarships for Non-EU Students at Sciences Po

Deadline: 3 Jan/8 Apr annually.

Sciences Po University, Paris, France, created the Emile Boutmy Scholarships after the founder of Sciences Po in order to attract the very best international students from outside of the European Union who are first-time applicants and who have been admitted to an undergraduate or Master’s program.

The Emile Boutmy Master’s Programme can take either of two forms depending on the qualification of the candidate – either a grant of €10,000 per year to cover tuition fees for the two years of the Master’s program or a tuition grant of €5,000 per year for the two years of the Masters.

Students must indicate that they are applying for the Emile-Boutmy scholarship in the “Financial information” section of their application into Sciences Po University. Students must also include proof of income and documents explaining their family situation.

The deadline for undergraduate programs is 8 April annually, while the deadline for Master’s programs is 3 January 2023.

#22. University of Manitoba Graduate Fellowships

The University of Manitoba Graduate Fellowships (UMGF) are merit-based awards open to domestic and international applicants who wish to enroll for full-time graduate programs (Masters or PhD) at the University of Manitoba.

The fellowship program is open to students applying to any graduate degree programs offered by the University (except those in the Faculty of Medicine and in the Master of Business Administration – MBA).

The fellowship is valued at $18,000 (Ph.D.) and is $14,000 (Master’s) for one academic year.  Successful students can receive the UMGF for the first 24 months of their Master’s program and the first 48 months of their PhD program.

#23. Barcelona GSE Tuition Fee Waivers for Master’s Program in Economics, Finance, and Data Science

Deadline: January 15, 2023

Supported by several companies and institutions, the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics can offer more than 700.000 Euros in tuition waivers, based on academic merit, to outstanding international students for the Master’s Program in Economics, Finance, and Data Science.

Desired applicants should hold an undergraduate/bachelor or equivalent degree from an accredited college or university (minimum 180 ECTS) and have advanced English language skills.

There is no separate application process for scholarships. When you submit a complete master’s program application, you will be automatically considered for all available financial awards.

Offered by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the Ritchie Jennings Memorial Scholarship is offered to full-time undergraduate or graduate students in the study areas of criminal justice, accounting, business, or finance.

The scholarship is valued from $1,000 to $10,000. Scholarship applicants must currently be enrolled full-time and similarly enrolled during the academic year at an accredited university.
