McCann School of Business & Technology is a technical school with campuses in Monroe LA, Allentown, PA, and Lewisburg, PA.

Established in 1897 in Mahanoy City, PA by Louis McCann, the McCann School of Business and Technology then began as a training school for accountancy and secretarial work.

The school operated under Louis McCann and his two sons, Dwight and Charles. After the death of Dwight in 1959, the school was sold out on to different occasions, one in 1959 and the other in 1981.

McCann currently has three campuses; Allentown, Lewisburg, and Monroe where students are exposed to programs in business, skilled trades, healthcare, technology, and protective services.

  • Transcripts- Students need to submit transcripts from all the previous educational institutes.
  • Basic skills assessments are carried out in order to determine whether the student needs foundational coursework in English and Mathematics.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent from a McCann School of Business & Technology, Pottsville recognized institution or a General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
  • The students need to sign an ‘Attestation regarding high school graduation or equivalent.’
  • The students need to submit a copy of their high school diploma.
