Obama Foundation Internships [UPDATED]

Do you wish to work as an administrative intern in the US? The Obama Foundation is searching for interns with exceptional time management and organizational abilities, strong authors and writers, and ready to work in a fast-paced office atmosphere.

About the Obama Foundation Internship

The Obama Foundation brings to a diverse cohort of enthusiastic, mission-oriented, and licensed interns to function within our Chicago and D.C. offices. This internship is available to current undergraduate and graduate students that meet the criteria to work in the USA. The foundation’s mission is to inspire, empower, and connect people to change their world.

From leaders who are already making an impact, to people who are interested in becoming more involved, but don’t know where to start, our goal is to make our programs accessible to anyone, anywhere. We’ll equip civic innovators, young leaders, and everyday citizens with the skills and tools they need to create change in their communities.

It’s a big job, and we’re just getting started. Learn about our first set of projects and join us in this experiment in citizenship for the 21st century.

We all believe our interns will become a portion of the planet’s most effective pioneers in varying abilities. We expect that internships may offer interns with experience of diverse types of directions and practical job experience, particularly for people that may not otherwise buy them.

The Obama Foundation internships are for undergraduate and graduate students who wish to work as interns at the administrative branches of the Obama Foundation in the US.

Application Deadline of Obama Foundation Internship

The Summer 2020 Internship will begin on June 1, 2020, and end on August 21, 2020. Interns will be required to work just under 30 hours per week, Monday-Thursday in either our Chicago or Washington, D.C. offices and will receive a modest $16 per hour.

The application closed on March 8, 2020, at 6pm EDT.

Be fully aware that the Internship is an annual Scholarship in case you missed out on this year’s application.
