Patient Experience Project Scholarship –

The Patient Experience Project (PEP) introduced two recent high school graduates with their “Above and Beyond Scholarship,” awarded to outstanding students who have demonstrated superior academic performance, exemplary leadership, and participation in the field.

Hannah Hertik and Peyton Yourch, both graduates of Saratoga Springs High School, are this year’s recipients. Each student received a $ 1,500 scholarship. Hertik will travel to the State University of New York at Oswego this fall, where he plans to study human development with a focus on children. Yourch will attend Pace University in New York, where he hopes to specialize in studies on peace and justice.

“These scholarships are the way PEP helps outstanding and well-educated high school students achieve their higher education goals,” said PEP founder and president Dan Bober. “Enrollment rates have never been higher, and we believe that students who have demonstrated an exemplary work ethic, ambition, and leadership should be rewarded.”

This is the second year PEP has awarded Above & Beyond Scholarships to local students.
