Harvard University in Massachusetts, ranked No. 2 among National Universities, provided an average of $66,805 in aid to international students in 2020. Williams College, also in Massachusetts, ranked No. 1 among National Liberal Arts Colleges, also provided an average of $68,456 in aid to international students that same year.
While Arizona State University—Tempe, a public school, did not make this list, it provided the largest number of international students with aid among all ranked colleges that provided this information. In 2019-2020, ASU awarded 2,803 international students an average of $4,737 in financial aid.

International Undergraduate Scholarships are available at Montana State University for Chad students.
They are providing two fully-funded scholarships such as the Office of International Programs Scholarship (merit-based) and MSU Presidential Scholarship (distinguished academic awards which recognizes the scholastic achievement, demonstrated leadership, and unique personal qualities of the applicants). Scholarship amounts range from $4,000-$20,000 per year.

University of Arizona Global Wildcat Award
In recognition of students who exhibit an outstanding academic performance, the University of Arizona offers the Global Wildcat Award for incoming freshmen.
3.25 (or higher) unweighted, core GPA awards: Regardless of test score (or no test score), international students with a 3.25 (or higher) unweighted GPA in core courses can receive an award of $4,000-$10,000. Students with modest or no scores and a 3.25 (or higher) GPA in core courses receive this scholarship. Higher test scores will increase the merit award and the higher award prevails.
Eligibility
- Must verify your lawful presence as described under Arizona’s Proposition 300. Semesters without lawful presence verified will be lost and counted against the scholarship’s total eight semesters.
- Awards are for undergraduate studies only.
- Meet the criteria from the charts above. Please note: GPA calculation occurs during the admissions evaluation process. GPA calculations consider core coursework including math, science, native language, second language, social science, and fine arts.
- In addition to the criteria above, submit a complete application and all required documents for admission by November 1.
- We recommend that Scholarship Recipients pay their $425 enrollment fee as soon as possible to secure their enrollment for the spring term.
- Non-degree seeking and exchange students are not eligible for the Global Wildcat Award.

AACE International Education Board is currently accepting applications for the AACE International Scholarship Program. These fully-funded scholarships are open to Chad students pursuing a program related to cost engineering/cost management.
The scholarships are currently available in various amounts to a maximum annually, non-renewable award of $2500 (lifetime/individual).
Deadline: Unfortunately, AACE has suspended the scholarship competition to allow the committee responsible for administering the program, the Education Board, to free resources and focus solely and development and updates of educational products. However, the application will reopen in January 2022 and when on, the deadline falls on February 28.
Government of Flanders Master Mind Scholarships for International Students
The Government of Flanders currently offers the Master Mind Scholarships which aims to promote the internationalization of the Flemish Higher Education. This fully-funded scholarship awards 30-40 scholarships to outstanding Master students from Chad.

Science@Leuven Scholarships for International Students
