University College Hospital (UCH) is a teaching hospital in the Bloomsbury area of London. It is part of the NHS Foundation Trust, which started as North London Hospital in 1834.

Admission Requirements at University College London

There is also a one-year foundation class called the UCL University Preparatory Certificate. It is for international students whose education system in their home countries cannot qualify for direct admission.

  • Science and Engineering are called the UPCSE.
  • Humanities called UPCH

All first-year students at UCL are guaranteed university accommodation. This includes both undergraduate and postgraduate students.

All application to the University College London for part-time studies is made straight to the school. It does not accept applications through UCAS. But, the full-time application can be made through UCAS.
