Eligibility – Who Can Apply For Swedish Institute Scholarships for Global Professionals – SISGP 2022?
To be eligible for the SISCP 2022, applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Work experience: Applicants must have a minimum of 3,000 hours of showed employment. Also, the work experience includes both full-time and part-time employment and is prior to 9 February 2022 from a maximum of three organizations/companies.
- Leadership experience: Applicants must have shown leadership experience from their current or previous employment.
- Country of citizenship: An applicant must be a citizen of a country eligible for the scholarship program. Read on to see eligible countries.
- Master’s programs – The master’s studies must be eligible for SI scholarships.
- University admissions – Applicants are liable to pay tuition fees to Swedish universities, and have to have followed the steps of university admission. they must be admitted to one of the eligible master’s programs by 3 April 2022.

How To Apply For Swedish Institute Scholarships 2022
- To begin with, apply for a master’s program at University Admission(link below), between 16 October – 15 January 2022.
- Then, apply for an SI scholarship between 10-20 February 2022, follow the instructions below.
- Apply for up to four eligible master’s programs by clicking on the application link below.
- University Admissions is the national online application service that handles admissions to universities in Sweden. It is an independent agency not related to the Swedish Institute (SI). Therefore, the eligibility and application procedures for SI scholarships and university admissions are different.
- After applying to the master’s program (s) at universityadmissions.se, the applicant will receive a personal application number consisting of eight digits. He/she should save the number as it will be needed when applying to SISGP.
- 3 February 2022 is the deadline for receipt of the application fees and supporting documents that are required by University Admissions. Note that the application fee is non-refundable.
- It is also important to note that you will not be eligible for an SI scholarship if you miss the deadlines or fail to follow the application procedure at University Admissions.
- After having completed the application to a master’s program one can apply for an SI scholarship.
- During the application period 10-20 February 2022, make sure to submit the required documents digitally through their online application portal. The online application portal is open from 00:00 CET 10 February 2022 to 23:59 CET 20 February 2022.
