1. Study Abroad with Singapore Management University, Overseas Postdoctoral Fellowship (OPF)
Overseas Postdoctoral Fellowship (OPF) aims to provide political doctoral candidates with an opportunity to engage in advanced training or research at an overseas university for one year. On an exception basis, a two-year program may be supported.
The Fellowship will provide the following scholarship benefits; Monthly stipend, Overseas maintenance allowance, Return economy airfare, Conference and fieldwork grants, and Overseas medical insurance.

The Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna of Pisa is a public university. This institute is launching the XVI edition of the Limited numbers of Master’s degree Scholarships in Human Rights and Conflict Management.
The program will provide EU and Non-EU students with a deep understanding of the relationship between human rights and conflict management practices.

3. Holland Scholarship for Non-EEA International Students
The Holland Scholarship is open for international students outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
The scholarship amounts to €5,000, the grant is for one year, and you can only receive it once. Applicants must apply for the Holland Scholarship directly to the participating institution of their choice.
This scholarship is eligible to master’s degree students at one of the participating Dutch higher education institutions.

The Eric Bleumink Fund awards scholarships to talented research students from developing countries. The scholarships include a 1 year or 2 years Master’s degree (MSc/MA/LL.M.).
To be considered, the applicants must be (conditionally) admitted to one of the Master’s programs before the 1st of December.
5. Utrecht Excellence Scholarships for International Students
The Utrecht Excellence Scholarship offers prospective students the opportunity to pursue a Master’s degree in political science.
The Utrecht Excellence scholarship is open to Non-EU/EEA International Students and is awarded as tuition fees plus 11.000 euros for living expenses.
The scholarship is for one or two years, depending on the degree program. It will only be renewed for the second year if the student progresses satisfactorily toward the degree.

6. Maastricht University Holland High Potential Scholarships for International Students
The Holland High Potential Scholarship is open to students outside the European Union/European Economic Area (EU/EEA) who wish to do a master’s or a professional education program at Maastricht University.
The High Potential scholarship covers 13 months for a one-year master’s program and 25 months for a two-year master’s program. The benefits of this program are;
- living expenses (€12,350 – 13 months;
- health and liability insurance (€710) €23,750 – 25 months)
- visa application costs (€317)
- tuition fee (€13,000, €15,000 or €17,500)
- pre-academic training costs (€825).
To apply for the scholarship, applicants must register for one of the participating Master’s Programme (MA) at Maastricht University.
Submit all applications via Studielink, and on submission, a student ID number which will be needed to complete the Scholarship Application Form, will be issued.
The application deadline is 1 February annually.
7. Leiden University Excellence Scholarships (LexS)
The Leiden University Excellence Scholarship Program (LExS) is open to outstanding Non-EU/EEA students wishing to enroll in a full-time master’s degree program at Leiden University.
They also offer a Master’s program (except a regular LLM program) in the Faculty of Governance and Global Affairs.
The Leiden University Excellence Scholarship program gives out 3 awards, including. They are; € 10.000 for the tuition fee, € 15.000 for the tuition fee, and the Total tuition fee minus the statutory tuition fee.
Applicants have to apply online for admission to a Master’s program at Leiden University and indicate clearly that they are interested in the LExS scholarship.
The deadline for the program starting in February is 1 October, while the program starting in September has a deadline of 1 February annually.
8. Awards for Advanced Study or Research in the USA
The American Scandinavian Foundation (ASF) provides more than $500,000 annually to assist Scandinavian students undertaking graduate study or research programs in the United States.
The award covers various fields of study, including political science.

9. East-West Center Graduate Degree Scholarships for Asia and the Pacific
The Graduate Degree Fellowship Scholarships offer funding for a maximum of 24 months to pursue a master’s degree in the study at the EWC of the University of Hawaii.

NCITD awards the International Trade Scholarship to students pursuing a graduate degree program in political science, among other fields of study.

This scholarship is open to new Americans. It is full funding of up to two years of graduate program studies to achieve leadership in any chosen field, including political science.

The International Peace Scholarship Fund is a program that provides scholarships for outstanding women around the world.
This program enables them to attend graduate studies within the United States or Canada.

16. Aga Khan Foundation International Scholarship Programme
Each year, the Aga Khan Development Network grants a limited number of scholarships for outstanding students from developing countries to achieve a master’s degree in any subject of their choice, including political science.
Applicants under 30 from Bangladesh, Pakistan, Afghanistan, India, Kyrgyzstan, Kenya, Egypt, Syria, Tanzania, Uganda, Madagascar, Mozambique, France, and Portugal stand a higher chance of getting this selected.
Scholarships are awarded to students with exceptional academic standings and genuine financial needs on a 50 percent grant and 50 percent loan basis, which must be reimbursed with an annual service charge of 5 percent.

The International Students Academic Merit Scholarship will cover 50 percent of the tuition for up to eight consecutive semesters for all new international students seeking a graduate degree.

18. Hungary CEU Fully Funded Graduate Scholarships
Central European University is a graduate-level “crossroads” university where students from more than 100 countries engage in interdisciplinary education.
The CEU Master’s Scholarship covers 100% of tuition, health insurance, and a monthly stipend of HUF 96,000 (approx. EUR 310) or HUF 50,000 (approx. EUR 160) to assist with living costs.
