About The Young Graduate Program
As said earlier, Total Petroleum Ghana offers the Young Graduate Program as part of its corporate social responsibility. This innovative program is an eighteen (18) months training opportunity that consists of a six (6) month local contract and twelve (12) months of international exposure (subject to performance) in Total affiliates, within Africa, to discover one of its three main business lines – Commercial, Finance, Technical(Operations).

What Is The Worth Of The Total Petroleum Ghana -Young Graduate Program?
Total Petroleum Ghana’s Young Graduate Training develops the Ghanaian youth through training and capacity building. Therefore, four (4) successful candidates will join a diverse team of professionals in delivering high-quality products and services to customers and long-term shareholder value.
They will access the local contract (6 months), as well as the 12 months of international exposure (subject to performance) in Total affiliates within Africa, to discover one of its three main business lines – Commercial, Finance, and Technical(Operations).

Eligibility – Who Can Apply For Total Petroleum Ghana -Young Graduate Program?
To be eligible for this Graduate Program for young Ghanaians, applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Candidates must be less than 27 years.
- Be intellectually curious and able to take the initiative.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication, and analytical skills.
- Be a team player and also have leadership qualities.
- Have solid ethical awareness and orientation.
- Be highly adaptable to different environments.
- Also, be computer literate.
- Be able to speak French.

The program is open to candidates who have attained a minimum of 2nd Class Upper Honours’ Degree from recognized Ghanaian institutions within the last year and must have completed National Service.
The degrees must be in the following disciplines:
- Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Economics or related business fields.
