Anthropology is simply the study of humans and human behavior. It takes an extensive approach to understand the numerous different aspects of the human experience, which is called holism.

Archaeology basically allows us to see how human groups lived hundreds or thousands of years ago and what was significant to them.

In Anthropology stuffs that makes up our biological bodies and genetics are being considered such as; as our bones, diet, and health.

Anthropologists also evaluate humans with other animals (most often, other primates like chimpanzees and monkeys) to see what we have in common with them and what makes us exceptional.

Although nearly all humans need the same things to survive, like food, water, and companionship, the ways people meet these needs can be quite different.

For instance, everyone needs to eat, meanwhile, people eat different foods and also get food from a different source.

The study of anthropology looks at how different groups of people obtain food, prepare it and share it.
