University of Mary Hardin-Baylor Review

The following are the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor review written by the former students of the university.

“I absolutely loved my time at UMHB! The community atmosphere is something you can feel and observe the second you step onto campus. Your professors genuinely care about your grades and your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. I loved the focus on God that the university has. I have had professors that start every class period in prayer. The student and spiritual life offices put on great events every year. One of my favorite things is UMHB’s focus on spirit and traditions! Overall, I would highly recommend UMHB to anyone!”

“The University of Mary Hardin Baylor is a very Christ centered university. If you’re looking to grow your relationship with the Lord then I highly suggest applying to UMHB. My junior year I toured the school and as soon as I stepped foot on campus I heard God tell me this was the school He was leading me towards. I was really nervous about going to college and being away from my parents, but UMHB made my first semester so memorable. The first week before your classes start is called “welcome week” and the university puts on a week full of fun interactive activities that keep you engaged and help you adjust leaving everything you know behind. Throughout the year UMHB puts on different organizations to keep you occupied and sociable. I am in love with the school God led me to and can not wait to see what else is in store for my future!”

“The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor is exceptional. At first, I was wary of the atmosphere and classes, but this has become home to me. The professors and faculty are very involved with the students, which is always great! The students are all very encouraging and welcoming. There are plenty of clubs to join and get involved in. The campus is always kept up to par very clean and beautiful! I always feel at ease here. Strongly recommend this campus!!!”

“Besides certain classees that EVERYONE takes, the class size is very small, even at the Freshman level. So you will get individualized attention if you need it. The University finds the best professors, every class I have had, the professor has been flexible, courteous, and extremely competent in getting the students to understand the material.”
