Certain general and course-specific requirements are to be met by applicants enrolling for an undergraduate program at the University of Glasgow. The Universit of Glasgow requires all applicants to have an extensive range of qualifications, as the admission process is quite competitive.

Enlisted on the university website is acceptable qualification standards for Access to HE Diploma, Cambridge Pre-U,  the Scottish Highers, A levels, BTEC level 3 Diploma and Extended Diploma, the Welsh Baccalaureate, the International Baccalaureate, and Advanced Highers.
