UNOPS is looking for candidates from all over the world who are passionate about human resources and can move to Copenhagen (Denmark) to join their team. IPAS HR is a team of 11 colleagues (and 11 different nationalities) who offer a paid internship of 6 months full-time and on-site.

The Human Resources Intern is responsible for the recruitment and recruitment consultancy. He will participate in operational and strategic work.

The Human Resources Traineeship receives projects that he or she can independently manage and has the privileged treatment of global human resource operations in a UN organization.

The Human Resources Interns works under the leadership of the IPAS Human Resources Business Partner and in close collaboration with all members of the IPAS Human Resources team to support their work and ensure consistent service delivery.

Eligibility

  • Undergraduate studies degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Business administration, Industrial Engineering (for countries where this degree is valid) or a related career.
  • Experience in an international environment in the areas of human resources, communication, and change management would be an important advantage.
  • Excellent English skills are required (preferred mother tongue).
  • Experience in dealing with computers and desktop software as well as in the processing of web systems is required.
  • Mastery of written and oral English (at native speaker level). Knowledge of the second working language of the United Nations is highly desirable.
