50 Cent has a net worth of $55 million, according to Tecronet and Forbes Updates as of February 12, 2023. The American rapper, entrepreneur, and producer have earned $300 million from various income streams, such as selling records, touring, and endorsement deals.
 

In 2023, his wealth plummeted, considering he spent lavishly on real estate, cars, and lawsuits which caused him to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in July 2015.

LAWSUITS

In 2009, 50 Cent’s girlfriend filed a 50 million lawsuit, later dismissed by Manhattan State Supreme Court Justice Carol Edmead. She dismissed Shaniqia Tompkins’ claims to half the rapper’s assets saying that the rapper’s financial worth is “no less than $50 million”.

50 Cent returned to the back seat of the car and another car pulled nearby, an assailant walked up and fired nine shots at close range with a 9mm handgun. He was shot in the hand, arm, hip, both legs, chest, and left cheek.

His face wound resulted in a swollen tongue, the loss of a wisdom tooth, and a slightly slurred voice. His friend was wounded in the hand. They were driven to the hospital, where 50 Cent spent three days. The alleged attacker Darryl Baum Mike Tyson’s close friend and bodyguard, was killed three weeks later.

He used a walker for six weekends ad fully recovered after five months. He stayed with his girlfriend and son in the Poconos when he left the hospital, and his workout regime helped him develop a muscular physique.

50 Cent is on the Board of Directors of G-Unity Foundation which provided grants to nonprofit organizations that work to improve the quality of life for low-income and under-served communities.
