“Officers were unable to identify the prime perpetrator of the altercation, so both parties have been charged with assault,” said a police statement provided to PEOPLE.
Bow Wow’s attorney released a statement that said, “Ms. Holden was just out of control and without question the main aggressor.” This statement was supported by only 2 witnesses in the case.
Bow Wow vs. Georgia Bank – 2012
A Georgia bank is now suing Bow Wow over the money he spent changing his car. It costs about $ 25,000, apparently to recover and sell the Lamborghini of a rapper. The filings also noted that the bank confiscated the rapper’s Lamborghini Murciélago to pay off the debt.
They got $161,000 for the exotic car. When the problem first appeared, Bow Wow immediately denied it. He said he was “fine” financially and had no problems. The situation worsened and his company was sued in court for non-payment of alimony.
Bow Wow vs. Ex For Child Support
This showed how he actually supported himself financially. Bow Wow revealed to the judge that he makes $4,000 a month working at Cash Money Records and that’s it, folks. He testified that he also rented a Jeep and left a total of only $1,500 in his checking account.
So the question is:
If he makes $4,000 a month pre-tax, how can he pay $3,000 a month in child support? Since his ex is asking for $3,000, the numbers are far from settled.
But then it turned out that he was officially named host of BET’s influential hip-hop show. By hiding vital information like this from the judge, he was sentenced to pay $11,500 in child support.
Bow Wow vs Collection Agency
Bow Wow is also being pursued by a collection agency over a $283,000 judgment against him. It turned out to be from a Ferrari that he no longer paid for. He was in too much debt…
