A home gym equipment is a great thing to have, not only because of the proximity to gym equipment but because of the proximity to living a better life.

So many times, my preferred machine has been taken…and two more individuals are in line ahead of me. It’s not enjoyable. It causes you to miss out on your workout and wastes even more time. If you circuit train, this is ideal!

You can work out at home without having to wear a mask. There’s no reason to ruin your workout because you’re out of breath! 

5. Traveling back and forth saves gas and time. 

That amount of time saved might make the difference between working out and not working out at all.

The round trip journey from my house to the gym I’d want to visit is 30 minutes. If you don’t waste any time, you can complete a whole exercise in that time.
