The World Energy Day Youth Innovation Challenge is seeking to empower youth to explore innovative ideas provide youth with the tools to build and engage in impactful projects, promote dialogue between youth, and other key stakeholders globally.
If you’ve got an innovative idea(s) that is capable of enhancing economic viability, this can be a great opportunity for you to take your creativity to the next level.

Selection Criteria
- Projects will be assessed based on innovativeness, originality, social impact as well as economic viability.
- Participants must be university/college students, or recent graduates not more than 3 years after graduation, and under 30 years of age.
- The team should have 1-3 team members and can have team members from diverse backgrounds e.g. engineering, computer programmes, marketing-related courses, etc.

- Develop ideas on how to celebrate World Energy Day as an organization.
- Implement the planned activities during the World Energy Day Celebrations from 20th – 22nd October 2021.
