Youth Free Expression Film Contest receives applications yearly. This contest is basically for eligible and young movie producers. Each year, the Youth Free Expression Program invites young filmmakers to create a short film on a contemporary theme of the First Amendment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Over the past 15 years, the YFEP film competition has featured films by dozens of teenagers whose vision and respect for freedom of expression will inspire future generations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The top three filmmakers will receive cash prizes of $1,000, $500 and $250.
