Please note that admission is competitive; see\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mcgill.ca\/es\/undergraduate-admission-guide-2017-18\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Admissions Guide<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mcgill.ca\/applying\/admissionsguide\/standards\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"broken_link\">.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must be a first-time applicant to the university (transfer applicants are not eligible).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must be a resident and citizen of a Sub-Saharan African country. French-speaking applicants are welcome; see\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mcgill.ca\/mastercardfdn-scholars\/files\/mastercardfdn-scholars\/list_of_eligible_countries_0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">List of Eligible Countries<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must have an exceptional record of service and activity in your school and community.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must have the potential for meaningful future service to your community as a leader engaged in dynamic local and global social change.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that the following programs are not eligible for funding from the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dentistry<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/kiiky.com\/category\/scholarships-by-suject\/medicine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><strong>Medicine<\/strong><\/a>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/kiiky.com\/category\/scholarships-by-suject\/law-scholarships\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Law<\/strong><\/a>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Theology,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farm Management,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Physical and Occupational Therapy,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/kiiky.com\/category\/scholarships-by-suject\/music-scholarships\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><strong>Music<\/strong><\/a>, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Programs from the School of Continuing Studies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"6-application-procedure-\"><span id=\"application-procedure\"><strong>Application Procedure&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Applying to the Fully funded scholarship at McGill University 2023:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>To apply for the\u00a0<strong>Mastercard Foundation Scholars program at McGill University<\/strong>, you must FIRST submit an online application for admission to McGill University.
