In the search field, type “TOD discussion” and select the filter developed by TikTok user @slimshader__ with the same name. To use the filter, click “Try It” in the bottom left corner. Create a video for your TED Talk, then save it to your camera roll and publish it to TikTok.

Scroll through the filters contained within the circles until you reach the end, where a ‘Browse Effects’ option will appear.
In the search bar, type “TOD discussion.”
Select the “Browse Effects” icon after swiping through the filters. Search for “Tod Talk,” not “Ted Talk,” or “SlimShader_,” the filter’s designer, using the magnifying glass called the search button in the right corner of your screen.
Make a video with the TikTok app.
Tap the red checkmark when you’re done.
Voice effects are tapped.
Select the effect you’d want to use.
To improve accessibility, TikTok added a text-to-speech capability to the app. Simply type your chosen text into a text field while editing your video, then choose “text-to-speech.” The text you input on the screen is automatically converted into audio.
After you’ve completed recording and editing your voiceover, change the volume by sliding the ‘Original sound’ toggle and using the ‘Volume’ tool (available in the same dropdown menu as the ‘Voiceover’ tool).
On TikTok, make a video.
On the right side of your screen, select ‘Voice Effects.’
Choose your preferred voice effect from the available options.
Have fun uploading the video to TikTok!
Check your App Store to check if a TikTok update is available. If there is, the ‘voice effects’ button on camera roll films will most likely appear. If no update is available, you will have to wait a little longer for the feature.

When you click it, a row of voice effects appears at the bottom of the screen.
Select “Echo” from the list of possibilities.
Choose the “+” option on TikTok to upload the video you want.
From the right-hand side, select “voice effects.”
From the options provided, choose “echo.”
