• Then, once your certified application is received through AMCAS, you will be emailed a secondary application that is to be completed and returned along with your $80.00 payment.
• Then, you are expected to submit your MCAT Scores which should be high.
• You will also be expected to submit your academic records or qualifications including 3 letters of recommendation. Note these letters must address your interest and qualifications in the MPH program, or an additional letter may be sent directly to the MD / MPH program.

Note, the school requires one year each of Biology, General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Physics, and English as prerequisite courses.

Also, The AMCAS primary application must be submitted by November 1st. Transcripts must be sent to AMCAS by November 15th.

The secondary application is due by December 15, and all required letters of recommendation must be received no later than January 15.
Please Note: If you are applying to the MD/Ph.D. program, the deadline for the secondary application and the letters of recommendation is November 15.
