Orders might be divided into many shipments or even orders. This may result in several charges because we charge for things when they are shipped. The total amount charged, however, should equal the amount shown when you placed the order.

To find orders with a Pending status, go to Seller Central’s Manage Orders page and select the Pending tab. The View FBA orders tab lists all pending orders that will be fulfilled by Amazon. Pending orders are not visible in your Orders or Unshipped Orders reports.
Payments may be rejected for the following reasons: You submitted wrong debit/credit card information, such as the cardholder’s name, card number, CVV, and expiration date, by accident. Your card information is no longer valid or needs to be updated. There is a problem with your bank.
If an order becomes “stuck” in “pending orders,” it means there is a problem with the buyer’s payment method, and they must give a legitimate charged payment method before you can ship it. You cannot and should not attempt to ship pending orders.
Amazon contacts the issuing bank to confirm the payment method’s validity when you place an order. The funds are held by your bank until the transaction is completed or the permission expires, but this is not a charge. Some banks refer to authorisation fees as “waiting” or “processing.”
