If you have a PayPal account in the United States but no bank account, your only option is to request a paper check. If you have a PayPal Debit Card, you can also use it to withdraw funds from your PayPal Account Balance at an ATM.
You can make a PayPal withdrawal once your account is linked to a bank account or debit card. If prompted, click “Accept the Money” on your main PayPal summary page. If prompted, select “Transfer Money” and then “Transfer it to Your Bank.”
