- Log in to your PayPal account through the internet.

In the panel near the top right corner of the Settings page, click “Manage all addresses.” After adding a new address, select “Set as primary” from the drop-down menu (or change any existing address to your shipping location by hitting “Set as primary” beside it.)

PayPal will not let you delete address information that is marked as “Home.” Adding another address and clicking the “Make Home” link in the status column is the sole way to erase a home address. The previous home address information can then be deleted.

No, a bank account is not required to join up for PayPal or receive payments. For sending and receiving payments and transferring funds, you can link your PayPal account to a bank account, a debit card, or a credit card account.
