#1. Belgian American Education Foundation Fellowships
The Belgian American Educational Foundation (B.A.E.F.) bids students from America or permanent residents of the United States for fellowships for a more advanced study during one academic year, at any Belgian University or institution of post-secondary learning. The B.A.E.F. will give not less than ten fellowships each.

Scholarship Worth: Stipend of $27,000 for Master’s and PhD or $31,000 for Post-doctoral Fellows.
#2. ARES Scholarships
On a yearly basis, the ARES gives not less than 150 masters scholarships and 70 training scholarships via courses to nationals of America or deprived areas in developed countries. The scholarship covers international travel expenses, tuition fees, living allowance, insurance, housing allowance, and other incentives.

#6. The Government of Flanders Master Mind Scholarships for International Students
The Government of Flanders presents a new scholarship scheme, Master Mind Scholarships that points to promote the globalization of the Flemish Higher Education.
It awards 30-40 international scholarships to outstanding Master students from all countries of the world, including American students.

#7. MOBI Ph.D. Scholarship in Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) System Design in Belgium

The University of Antwerp is to provide the Flemish Ministry of Education study in Belgium Scholarships. The Master Mind program points to enhance Flanders and Brussels as a top study platform.
The international applicant must have good hands-on the English language and a high level of academic performance or potential.

The new Excellence Scholarships are now available on the grab for all new American students, and international students.

#13. International Masters in Rural Development (IMRD) Scholarship
This international scholarship is open to American students who wish to study in Belgium.
One good thing about this scholarship is the fact that it is not limited in Belgium alone, the scholarship can be used to study anywhere in Europe, so long as the Institution is accredited by the responsible bodies.
Deadline: 28th February 2020
Host/Eligibility Nationality: Can be used to study in Belgium, and anywhere in Europe. Open to American students, and other international students, even students from developing countries.
Level/Field of Study: it is open to MSc, and PhD students in any accredited field in the institution of study.
Scholarship Worth: 2yr Programme Costs for the IMRD program which equals 2 x 9,000 equals 18,000 EUR
A 2yr full worldwide insurance coverage and contribution to travel and installation costs, either 5,000 or 7,000 EUR also 24
Monthly subsistence allowances which equal 24 x 1,000 equals 24,000 EUR
#14. KU Leuven Scholarships
The KU Leuven interested students and co-promoter meet the conditions to be a promoter or co-promoter of a project under Internal Funds.
The participants should also be the promoter of the doctorate at KU Leuven. This is one of Belgium Scholarships for American students who are deprived, and students who are from developing countries.
Deadline: 14th March 2020 at 5 p.m.

#15. Global Minds Doctoral Scholarship Program
The aim is to give international students the privilege to conduct PhD research in a sandwich system, which means that 50% of the students and its corresponding research takes place at KU Leuven and 50% at the home university of the students, supported by a local co-promotor.

Host/Eligibility Nationality: Offered in Belgium be KU Leuven, open to American students, African Students, Asians, and other Selected Developing countries.

FAQs
Undergraduate degrees, in some public universities, are no longer free for non-EU internationals who don’t meet the following criteria:
Must international students who have been educated in Germany.
Must be an international students from the European Union.
In some universities, non-EU students have to pay specific tuition fees.
IELTS as an entry requirement.
For the academic year 2015/2016, tuition fees ranged from 374 to 836.96 EUR per year for EU students depending on their income and if they are eligible for a grant/scholarship.
