To add participants to a Zoom meeting, you can send them an invitation or add them manually. To send an invitation, open the Zoom meeting and click “Share” in the top toolbar. Then, enter the email addresses of the people you want to invite and click “Send Invites”.
If you want to add participants manually, open the Zoom meeting and click “Participants” in the top toolbar.
To add 500 participants to a Zoom meeting, you must create a Zoom account and then purchase a subscription. Once you have purchased a subscription, you can add up to 500 participants to your meeting.
If you have an account, scroll to Interested in other available products on the Current Plans tab. Then click Add to Cart next to Large Meeting. Choose the capacity of the Large Meeting add-on, monthly or annual payments, and the number of licenses you need for your account. Now, click Save & Continue. Review the changes.
You can do a few things to get more than 100 participants on Zoom. First, make sure your account is set up for a large meeting. You can do this by going to Settings > Meeting and changing the Maximum number of participants to the desired number.
Next, send out a meeting invitation to as many people as possible. You can export your contact list as a CSV file and upload it to Zoom.

The Gallery View displays up to 25 participants per screen by default or up to 49 participants per screen if enabled in the settings. The active speaker in the room is highlighted in Gallery View. An arrow displays next to the icon if there are more participants than the per-screen limit.
