Krylon Clear Choice Scholarships [$1,000]

Krylon Clear Choice Scholarship is designed for high school and first and second-year undergraduate students in the United States and Canada.

To qualify for this award, you must be enrolled in a visual arts program (excluding graphic design, fashion design, interior design, film, music, and the performing arts).

An artist’s statement, letter of recommendation, transcript, and portfolio of three to six artwork images on CD and a thumbnail or full-sized printout of images are required.

Portfolios will be accepted on CD only; DO NOT submit originals, as they will not be accepted.

Level/Field of Study

Krylon Products Group Clear Choice Art Scholarships are available for high school and first and second-year students in the United States and Canada.

The scholarship will be taken in the available field of art majoring in the following subjects: (visual arts program such as painting, drawing or sketching (excluding graphic design, fashion design, interior design, cinema, etc.). Music or performing arts)

Host Nationality

The Krylon Clear Choice Art Scholarship will be taken in the USA and Canada.

There are other USA Scholarships available for International students in 2023.

Scholarship Worth

  • Five scholarships of $1,000 will be awarded. In addition, each Laureate School Art Program will receive a $500 scholarship and an extensive gift set with Krylon Artist Sprays and Adhesives.
  • Ten students and their schools receive gift wrap for Krylon sprays and artist adhesives.

Eligibility for Krylon Clear Choice Art Scholarship 2023

  • High school and first and second-year students in the United States and Canada
  • Students must be registered or accredited and have a degree from a university, college, or school of American or Canadian art as the major subject of a visual arts program, such as painting, drawing, or sketching (excluding graphic design, fashion design, interior design, cinema, etc.). Music or performing arts)
  • Canadian students must attend an accredited educational institution while being admitted to an eligible education program.

Krylon Scholarship 2023 Application Deadline

Nominations must be submitted with the CD Portfolio, Portfolio Image Print, Artist Statement, Letter of Recommendation, and Transcriptions no later than May 31, 2023.
