4. Merit-based undergraduate and graduate scholarships

Adama grants merit-based scholarships to undergraduate chemistry and chemical engineering students at Ben-Gurion University in Be’er Sheva and the Sami Shamoon College of Engineering in Be’er Sheva and Ashdod.

It provides a substantial grant to students pursuing their Ph.D. in chemistry in some of Israel’s leading universities, including the Technion, Ben-Gurion University in Be’er Sheva, and the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

5. Abbay in Ethiopian Ecclesiastical Scholarship

This project aims to digitize the andemta (Ge’ez – Amharic commentary) manuscripts of biblical and patristic commentaries made according to the lay bet exegetical tradition.

This program should facilitate further work in the field in general and the rest of the Hermeneutical Books in particular. 

The project also trained a number of young individuals on the techniques of documenting endangered archives through digital photography.

This fund has been set up to help young people from the Lalibela area of Ethiopia stay in the education system.
