2. Liberty University Online 

Liberty University, located in Virginia, has an online education component called Liberty University Online which boasts around 100,000 students. They claim to be the largest evangelical university in the world.

Launched in 2009, its online education component provided adult learning courses and programs through the LU School of Lifelong Learning (LUSLLL). The online school runs simultaneously with the on-campus programs.

However, LU Online students take 16-week classes for some of their courses and 8-week sub-terms for the remainder of them. These sub-terms allow the students more flexibility through shorter, overlapping sessions.
