How To Remove Bookmarks On Mac

Open Google Chrome.
On the top-right, click the three vertical dots icon.
Hover your mouse over Bookmarks.
Select Bookmark Manager from the drop-down menu.
Make a right-click on a bookmark.
Choose Delete.

Right-click on a Bookmark and then left-click on Delete to remove it from the Bookmarks bar. To delete a Bookmark from Other Bookmarks, left-click on Other Bookmarks, locate the Bookmark you want to delete, right-click, and select Delete.

Simply go to Chrome’s Menu by clicking the hamburger or three vertical dots symbol to erase bookmarks. To see a list of all stored bookmarks, go to the Bookmarks area from here. Right-click the bookmark you want to get rid of and select “Delete.”

To remove a bookmark from your Mac, right-click or control-click on the bookmark or bookmark folder you wish to delete and select “Delete” from the context menu. Hold down the “Command” key while selecting each bookmark, then press the “Delete” key on your Mac to delete them all.

Click the three vertical dots in the right-hand corner of Chrome. Then, from the Bookmarks pulldown menu, choose Bookmark Manager; alternatively, press Ctrl+Shift+O. To erase a bookmark, click the three vertical dots to the right of it. Select Delete from the menu.

Chrome’s failure to erase bookmarks permanently is most likely caused by Chrome Sync failing to record your changes. Instead of deleting your bookmarks across devices, Chrome Sync may re-upload them in some cases.

When you’re on Safari’s top menu, you can’t erase bookmarks. Simply right-click on the bookmarks in the sidebar menu and select Delete. You can erase bookmarks on a different page by right-clicking or selecting any bookmark (or several bookmarks by pressing Shift or) and pressing the Delete key.

Place the bookmarks in a hidden folder and remove them from the folder if you utilize them. You can delete the entire folder after you’re sure you don’t need the bookmarks it contains. After all, that bookmark backup file is still on your computer.

At the top of your Settings, hit your Apple ID.
Choose iCloud.
In the Apps section, Disable the Safari toggle using iCloud.
A notice will appear asking you whether you want to keep or delete the data that was previously synced to your device. Select your preferred choice by tapping it.

Select “Delete” from the context menu when you right-click on any bookmark. You may erase a bookmark permanently by right-clicking it and selecting “Delete” in Chrome. This works for bookmarks in your bookmarks bar, the bookmarks manager, and the list in the Chrome menu’s “Bookmarks” section.
