Boston College is a medium-sized research university located in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts (outside of Boston). British Columbia offers both merit-based scholarships and need-based scholarships to students and actually meets 100% of demonstrated financial needs.

Boston College offers only one merit scholarship program (most of the financial support is in the form of help on request). Although the Boston College Presidential Scholars program is very small, in the sense that only 15 qualified candidates benefit from it. However, it is very generous as recipients get to enjoy a full-tuition sponsorship.
