There are several acceptable refund policies for cases of withdrawal and dismissal from the college as stated below.

  1. If an applicant’s withdrawal notification, either in writing or by email, reaches the school MORE than 21 days before the commencement of the first lectures, a refund (less the application fee of 375 dollars) will be issued to the applicant.
  2. If an applicant’s withdrawal notification, either in writing or by email, reaches the school in a period of LESS 21 days before the commencement of the first lectures, a refund (less the application fee of 375 dollars plus a registration fee of 500 dollars) will be issued to the applicant.
  3. If a student is dismissed for cause, the student will be issued a pro-rated refund of fees paid to date (with less application fee of 375 dollars plus a registration fee of 500 dollars).
