Dr. med found charisma University in March 2011. PeterChris Okpala. The Ministry of Education of Turks and Caicos Islands in the USA fully recognized the University as an institution that award degrees for associate programs, Bachelor’s degree, Master and Doctoral as well as certificate programs.
Charisma University is a private, nonprofit institution approved by the Ministry of Education of Turks and Caicos Islands through its Advisory Board of the College, which offer programs diplomas, and certificates online and on campus.
The university’s name, Charisma University, is rooted in the word “charisma” (n; Theol *) – an extraordinary power in working wonders granted by the Holy Spirit. We believe that a person attending our university, in collaboration with the Creator, will come to learn and develop an “extraordinary achievement”: A wise man will hear and increase learning, and a man of understanding will attain wise counsel. –Proverbs 1:5 (NKJV).

Charisma University Admission Requirement:
All graduates and non-graduates must meet the following admission requirements before being admitted to the university or provisionally admitted to the university:
- A completed application form.
- A completed letter of intent (for doctoral students) states your intended doctoral degree and why.
- Doctoral candidates must provide evidence of two years of work experience in the form of a CV or a reference letter.
- Official certificates from colleges, universities or other accredited institutions where you have acquired credit. Transcripts must be sent directly to Charisma University.
Unofficial copies of transcripts will be accepted for provisional approval, provided that official transcripts are received within 8 weeks of acceptance. Temporary status students may not earn more than 12 credits for undergraduate or 6-8 credits for study programs until their provisional status is lifted. - GPA Guidelines: (i) Students wishing to earn a Master’s degree must have earned a Bachelor’s degree with over 12a minimum GPA of 2.0 from accredited colleges or universities. (Ii) A student’s doctoral thesis must have a Ph.D. in psychology and a doctorate with an average of 3.0 (GPA) from accredited colleges or universities. In Cyber Security Administration programs, a student with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree of 2.5 MP accredited by universities/colleges can admit. Still, these undergraduate students will complete 90 required credits beyond the undergraduate degree, compared with 63 Credits for a master student.
At the discretion of the Dean of the School, a graduate student looking for a student with less than 3.0 GPA for doctoral programs strictly requires admission with a master’s degree or less than 2.5 MPa for doctoral programs may allow a student with a bachelor’s degree from accredited colleges or universities may need to take a GRE before being admitted to the university under certain conditions or in full.
No GRE-specific results are required to be admitted, but the Admissions Committee rates each student’s performance against the ERG and other factors. Students who enroll in a PhD in Psychology (Psy.D) and a PhD in Cyber Security Administration programs with more than or equal to 2.5 GPA tax are eligible for the GRE requirement.

- The official documents granting college or university credits from sources such as CLEP, GED DANTÉS and College Level, Advanced Level Exams, Performance Tests, State University Exams Exams New Justify York, and Thomas A. Edison State. Examination subjects.

For example, educational programs and official courses sponsored by non-collegiate organizations whose credits meet the recommendations of the American Council on Education.
- Charisma University accepts credits from accredited colleges and universities. Students who have completed their previous studies at universities/colleges where English is not the official language of instruction have to send their diplomas for evaluation to one of the following organizations:

The body that provides the assessment body must send directly certificates issued by one of the above assessment bodies to the university (s).
