Edward C. Bryant Scholarship

Application Deadline: March 1st.

This scholarship was created by a leading statistical research corporation – Westat, in 1995 to honor its Chair Emeritus.

This scholarship is administered by the American Statistical Association (ASA) for an annual award of $2,500.

Selected awardees must be attending an accredited graduate school in the U.S., earning a master’s or Ph.D. degree, display an excellent record in academics, have applied experience in survey statistics.

The American Society sponsors this scholarship program for Quality’s Statistics Division gifts for the support of master’s and doctoral students studying data analysis, statistical inference, quality assurance, statistical process control, or related fields at colleges of North America.

This scholarship is presented by the Committee on Women in Statistics for an annual amount of $1,000.

Qualified female majors are mandated to be legal citizens of U.S. or Canada who are enrolling full-time in MS or Ph.D. programs for statistics, including biostatistics.

This scholarship was created by The ASA Quality and Productivity Section and provides $3, 5000 with a $500 stipend and conference registration to full-time graduate students studying statistics at the masters or doctoral level.

Several Mu Sigma Rho Honorary Scholarships are distributed by The College of Liberal Arts & Sciences at the University of Florida.

It is offered for up to $2,000 to undergraduates and graduate students who excel in their statistics curriculum.

This scholarship program is a fully funded master fellowship supporting young talented female scientists to become future leaders.

It is available to female national of one of ACE II participating countries (Malawi, Ethiopia, Kenya, Mozambique, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia) or Burundi.

The University offers, in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for Dutch Universities, a salary of € 2,222 gross per month in the first year up to € 2,840 gross per month in the fourth year based on a full-time position.

This program was established in response to the interest and inquiry of Dr. DV Gokhale, the Institute of International Education (IIE).

This establishment came through donations and a bequest from Dr. Gokhale.

This much-needed and unique program provides grants to all undergraduate and graduate students for the study statistics in the United States and India, and for the support of faculty exchanges in this field between the United States and India.

Preference will be given to students/faculty from India but despite this, others may also qualify and are encouraged to apply.

Ford Foundation Predoctoral Diversity Fellowship

This program is available to citizens of U.S. or nationals committed to a career in research and teaching at the college or university level.

This is a three – year award and will be made for study in research-based doctoral programs (Ph.D. or Sc.D.) in the behavioral and social sciences, humanities, mathematics,engineering, life sciences, physical sciences, or for interdisciplinary programs composed of two or more eligible disciplines that lead to a career in teaching or research at the college level.

The “NPU President Scholarship” includes a full prize and a partial for the full prize winners.
