- How to Apply: To start your application award, candidates need to take admission to the university. After that take note of your login details and the link to the application form.
- Education Requirements: To proceed to apply for QECS, applicants should have the following academic documents to upload to your application:
- A high school certificate,
- Undergraduate transcript (and graduation certificate),
- Two references – preferably academic,
- Scan of passport or national ID card,
- Language Requirement: Applicants need to provide evidence of English language ability if English is not their first language.

The candidates who have been abroad for studies or training on scholarships or their own for the period of six months are eligible to apply.
