The TED Fellows Program is a worldwide network of 472 pioneers that bring about positive change in every corner of the world. Each year, they select a new class of exceptional thinkers and practitioners. They are looking for aspiring innovators in their respective fields with a bold and original approach to their work.
The TED scholarship program has the potential to catapult your career. When you attend and talk about the TED conference, you have a platform where you can share your work and ideas worldwide, and you’ll meet people who can help you in your career.
As a fellow, you will also be a member of the powerful global network of TED Fellows, innovators who could be future collaborators. Fellows also have access to personal mentoring, public relations, speaker training and more.
If selected, you will be part of the 11th Anniversary Group and must book for TED 2023 and Vancouver, BC, from April 17 to April 25, 2023.

Eligible Nationality:
All innovators and international applicants from all walks of life worldwide are eligible for the TED Fellowship Program. Scholarship Worth:
- TED covers the cost of transportation to and from the TED conference, the required visa, accommodation, and food during the registration of your conference and conference.
- The scholarship holders benefit from professional coaching, speaker training, mentoring, and PR consulting.
- The Fellows also give a talk at a TED conference, a unique opportunity to share their work with a new audience. And perhaps most importantly, members of the community join more than 450 other members who inspire and work on new projects.

Eligibility for Scholarship
- Open to all actors, decision-makers, inventors, lawyers, filmmakers and photographers, musicians and artists, scientists, entrepreneurs, NGO leaders, and human rights defenders.
- All applicants must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
- A good character and a good heart are, along with impressive achievements, two very important qualities that we expect from all potential TED candidates. This focus on character has largely determined the success of the TED Fellows program.
- Fellows are people with original work, achievements in their field and extraordinary potential. They are also courageous and collaborative people dedicated to improving their lives.
- They are looking for people from all disciplines with friendly and cooperative personalities.
Requirements
- Because the TED conference is held in English, fluency in English is required. However, they do not require candidates to be native English speakers. In fact, many others have native languages.
- Suppose you have been selected as a Fellow. In that case, you must be able to speak to the TED Fellows Team for approximately 10 hours (approximately 3 months) prior to the TED Conference videoconference.
