In addition, the International Tallinn Summer School with about 300 participants from 50 countries every year offers a 3-week program in July, which includes courses in various fields presented by the best Estonian and foreign internationally acclaimed academics, opinion leaders and intellectuals. A similar program, however with fewer courses is also offered in January in Tallinn Winter School.

The Excellent Scholarships At Tallinn University  Eligibility:

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Eligible Countries: International students are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
  • Applicants must be citizens of Estonia or residing in Estonia on the basis of a long-term or temporary residence permit or permanent or temporary right of residence or staying in Estonia on the basis of a visa, or visa-free in the cases where a treaty for visa-free travel has been established or in the case of waiver of the visa requirements and have applied for temporary residence permit for studies
  • Applicants must have been matriculated between academic years 2015/2016 and 2019/2020
  • Applicants must be full-time students
