University of Vienna, Vienna
Generally, government-sponsored universities in Austria charge very low tuition whether the student is from the EU or not.
The University of Vienna ranked 155 in the world by QS rankings of top universities in the world, charge about $800 per semester for international students.
Though most courses are taught in German, there are some master’s and bachelor’s programs offered in English.
Pierre and Marie Curie University, Paris
In France, just like in Austria, international students and domestic students pay roughly the same tuition fee.
At the 141st ranked Pierre and Marie Curie University in Paris, France, students pay a maximum of about $700 per year depending on the program.
The fees paid by medical students are a little higher though. An additional fee of about $240 per year is charged for medical insurance for students with no student medical insurance.
Most of the courses are taught in French, though there are a few courses taught in English at the master’s level.

However, only graduate students are admitted to this privately funded University.
University of Bologna, Italy
All students, whether domestic or foreign, are charged the same tuition at this 208th ranked Italian University.
International students can take advantage of the many English-taught courses here for between $1,900 to $4,400 per year depending on the course of study
Most of the English-taught courses are postgraduate programs though.
University of Ljubljana, Slovenia
The best University in Slovenia charges tuition of between $2,700 and $3,400 per year for international students. The majority of the programs taught in English are master’s level programs. But there are also are few programs taught in English for bachelor’s level students.
Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, South Korea
KAIST is the second-best university in South Korea and the 46th best in the world. For this technology-centric university, brains are all that matters.
Intelligent international students who can maintain a minimum GPA of 2.7 on a 4.3 scale would be offered a scholarship to cover tuition and other expenses.
Most programs here are taught in English.

International students who are able to study in Swedish or the Finnish languages would be charged no tuition.
Ranked 91st in the world and the top University in the country, master’s level students coming here would have to pay tuition for English-taught programs
