8. When can you start?

The purpose of this question is for the recruiter to consider the notice period at your current company (if you are not out of work before your interview). 

How to answer: By all means, resist the urge to show your eagerness to join the team. You could show that you are excited to join, but showing and expressing the former is not advisable.
