After a careful review of American Residential Warranty, we have come to the assertion that they have a variety of unique plans that meet home appliances and systems needs which many warranty companies do not offer.
Likewise, while they have extensive plans, their service can be expensive. The most comprehensive plan is priced at around $125 per month and it is expensive.
Additionally, you’ll call the approved contractor yourself. The trade service fee of $55 per claim is quite expensive. Again, you can’t file a claim online. So, American Residential may not be a good option if you’re looking for basic coverage at an affordable price.
Regardless, their customer service is top notch. You won’t have much complaint.
